The staff was very responsive, and the room was a nice size, huge, and had a balcony. the hotel is located in the perfect setting in the pedestrian area, close to shops and nightlife, and at the center of Santa Cruz with a large walking mall.

Location: the hotel was short walk to the center of Santa Cruz, and shops including an Apple store, numerous restaurants, coffee shops. The staff was lovely friendly and very responsive, just as I expected.

The location was absolutely perfect, Plaza de España was at a medium distance from the hotel. It was located in a pedestrian area not far from a large walking "mall" with tons of shops including an Apple store as well as numerous restaurants.

I stayed at Hotel Oceano Centro for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore Santa Cruz on foot. The room was cozy, bright, and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and extra towels. The view from our front-facing room on a high floor was breathtaking, thanks to the large window doors. The staff, especially the helpful guy at reception, were friendly and accommodating. a great experience!

great location, ideal central spot in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Walking distance to main tourist points and coach station. Room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, at an affordable price. Very happy with our family holiday at Oceano Centro.

Great location in city center with shops and restaurants all around. Excellent food and coffee. Beautiful beach nearby. Enjoyed the Plaza España concerts and celebrations. Friendly staff and clean room.
